1. These terms and conditions relate to services provided by: CoZmiK shirts Ltd, 22 The Grove, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 6QR, United Kingdom and apply to all orders and supersede all others. Receipt of an order from you constitutes your acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products

   Our key products and services are described on this Web site. We reserve the right to alter any details and design of products illustrated without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately on this Web site no warranty is given as to the accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or misdescription and any resulting loss. All goods are offered subject to availability.

   All sizes are approximate "to fit" sizes and are given as a general guideline only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure consistency of size, material, colour and shade, we cannot be held responsible for such variation.

3. Prices and Delivery Costs

   Product pricing and details of delivery costs can be found on the relevant web pages. We reserve the right to adjust prices quoted without notice to reflect changes in exchange rates, taxes or otherwise.

4. Local Import Duties and Taxes

   The recipients of our products may also be liable to pay local import duties and taxes. We accept no liability for such import duties and taxes.

5. Payment

   All sales are final. We do not trade on a "sale or return" basis.

   We require payment with your order. This should be made payable to "CoZmiK shirts Ltd" using any of the following methods:

   • Debit/Credit Card
   • Postal order
   • Cheque drawn against a UK bank or Building Society account
   • Eurocheque
   • Traveller's cheque/check
   • International money order
   • Banker's draft
   
   

   Do not send cash through the post.

6. Delivery Arrangements

   We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once we have received your payment, normally within 7-14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee the efficiency of the world wide postal system therefore any delivery date specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods.

   Goods dispatched to a third party at the purchaser's request are entirely at the purchaser's own risk.

7. Conditions of Service

   Although we will take great care of the material you send us, we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged artwork, photographs or disks whilst in transit. We do not guarantee to be able to return any photographs, artwork and other materials sent to us.

   We will not print offensive material or material likely to infringe copyright.

8. Withdrawal from Contract

   Customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 30 days of receiving confirmation of their order or receipt of the product. Please return any unwanted products to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving the product and we will reimburse you for the price you paid. We will only refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.

9. Damages

   Our liability for damages under this contract shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the goods claimed to be defective, if goods supplied by us fail to conform to the express terms of the order, we will have the option of replacing the goods or taking them back and refunding the price.

10. Claims

    10.1 Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 7 days of delivery.
    10.2 All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 7 days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity with the terms of the contract.
    10.3 You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

11. Consequential Loss

    We will not be responsible for any consequential loss howsoever arising. All recommendations and advice given by us or our servants or agents to the buyer or its servants or agents as to the mode of storing, applying or using the goods are given without liability on our part or our servants or agents.

    We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment or on this Web site.

12. Proper Law

    Should any provision of these terms and conditions be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of all other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

    This contract will be governed by English law and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising from our contract.

    Goods purchased for sale or use outside the jurisdiction of the English courts shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. The buyer must ensure that such sale or supply conforms to local laws, regulations and standards. We cannot accept liability for any breach thereof.

13. Force Majeure

    We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
